I lost another couple of pounds! That means in 12 days I’ve lost 3.6 lbs! I’m down to 136.2 now. I’m very happy because anyone that knows me knows how horrible those last 5-15 are for me (and how I fluctuate). All it took was ditching the sugar starting crossfit (and possibly the kombucha had something to do with it).
I’m proof that it doesn’t matter how well you eat, a little extra sugar can keep those pounds on!
I’m loving crossfit. I love that feeling of pushing myself because if everyone else can do the workout, so can I. I wish my hands weren’t so nice and smooth though as it make holding onto bars hurt like f&*^!!
